Dietary supplements are classified as food and must be handled accordingly. Because we cannot guarantee how the product is handled after delivery, we cannot accept returns.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be used, the product must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it. If the product is not complete upon return, we reserve the right to make a price deduction. Note that if the value of the product has decreased as a result of you handling it to a greater extent than was necessary, for example to examine the product, you may be liable for such depreciation by up to 100% of the value of the product. Unless otherwise agreed, you cover the direct costs of returning the item. Items returned against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
